The logo’s ubiquity today speaks to the band’s lasting influence as a political and social force. The chant, an adaptation of a famous lyric chanted by the wonderful band MDC (then known as Staines) who in 1980 recording a track ( Born to Die ) with the chant “No war! No KKK! No fascist USA”. In 2016, during a performance of their song Bang Bang, Greenday changed the lyrics to include a reference to slum landlord heir Donald Trump. This shirt takes a stand and makes a statement opposing the racism, white supremacy, and sexism of the so-called United States further normalized by the Trump administration
