Lost Packages: With insurance, if the package is lost in transit, we will conduct a refund or replacement process as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the package lost.
Stolen Items: La Raza Western Wear is not responsible for stolen items once the package is in possession of the carrier.
Delivered to wrong address: If the customer input the correct address at checkout and the package was delivered to the wrong address, La Raza Western Wear considers this as stolen and we will NOT replace the order on behalf of the customer.
To find your size, measure the heel-to-toe mark and use the inch-to-size table. For example, if you are a man and your foot measures 10 1/4″ long, you will wear a U.S. size 9 shoe. If your measurements are between two sizes, or you find one foot’s measurement larger than the other, always move up to the larger size.
An order will normally be processed and shipped in 1 to 2 business days. Once it has been shipped, it will normally take 2-5 delivery days to arrive.
All felt hats and straw hats will normally be processed in 3-4 business days.
