Shipping

An order will normally be processed and shipped in 1 to 2 business days. Once it has been shipped, it will normally take 2-5 delivery days to arrive.

All felt hats and straw hats will normally be processed in 3-4 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation in your email at the time of your online purchase. After the processing time, you will receive the tracking information in your email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear. If you do not see any of these emails in your inbox, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Please take into consideration that Holidays may affect these time frames

Currently, we only ship within the United States. The carriers we use are UPS and USPS.

Returns

There are NO money refunds. All felt hats and straw hats are final sale; they CANNOT be returned or exchanged. All merchandise on clearance/sale are Final Sales; there are NO returns or exchanges. All accessories are final sale; they cannot be exchanged or returned.  You may ONLY exchange apparel and boot merchandise in the condition it was received or return it for store credit.  If the product does not meet our exchange/return policies, the customer will be charged a shipping fee for the product to be sent back.

When exchanging an item:

  • First, you must contact La Raza Western Wear at (713) 928-7174 or [email protected], to ensure there is product availability, and we must receive the package no later than 20 days from the package’s arrival. We cannot accept any item after 20 days of the delivery.
  • Shipping will be covered by the customer; you may use your preferred carrier.

Please place a note inside the package with your order number, name, phone number, and the size and item you want to exchange it for.

Once La Raza Western Wear receives the exchange, we will verify the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with tags. (as it was received)

If your package is approved for exchange, we will go ahead and start processing and packaging the exchange. 

When canceling an order before it has been shipped, La Raza Western Wear refunds the subtotal with a $6.00 restocking fee charge that is deducted from your refund. Our return policies apply once the order has been shipped.

You CANNOT cancel an order that has been shipped or any hat order.

Insurance

Without any middle man, we exclusively have our own insurance for your products.

Damaged Items: We offer in-home insurance that covers damaged products. 

Lost Packages: With insurance, if the package is lost in transit, we will conduct a refund or replacement process as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the package lost.

Stolen Items: La Raza Western Wear is not responsible for stolen items once the package is in possession of the carrier.

Delivered to wrong address: If the customer input the correct address at checkout and the package was delivered to the wrong address, La Raza Western Wear considers this as stolen and we will NOT replace the order on behalf of the customer.
